**Job Summary -** Provides direct patient care. Communicates with physicians, nurse leaders, registered nurses, co-workers, as appropriate related to changes in patient's clinical condition including diagnostic study results and symptomatology. Keep all required licensures and certifications current. **Regulatory Requirements** - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. - Current State of Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse licensure. - Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association. - New hires must complete telemetry classes within six months of hire. **Language Skills** - Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. - Additional languages preferred. - Excellent interpersonal skills. **Skills** - Basic computer knowledge. - Previous experience with Electronic Medical Record system preferred. - Previous Meditech knowledge is preferred. - Cardiac Monitoring is required.
