Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full-Time

**Comfort Creek Nursing and Rehab** is hiring a **LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)** to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care. **Position Summary:** In conjunction with the Unit Director, the Licensed Practical Nurse utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. He/she assists in the orientation of and supervision of nursing personnel, attends to the daily operations of the unit on per shift, unit level, and assumes responsibilities of a leadership role as needed. **Requirements:** 1. The Licensed Practical Nurse must be a graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing and must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing. 2.
