Join our team of amazing individuals today! **Shifts Available: Day, Evening, NOC** **Pay Range: $38-$43 DOE** **FT ONLY** **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties and Responsibilities:** - Provide nursing care to patients on assigned unit - administer and record medications/treatments as ordered - Complete nursing assessments, evaluations, progress notes, and alert charting as necessary - Educates and provides health care instructions to residents/families as necessary - Collaborates with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities - Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients as necessary - Communicate with Providers and nurse management regarding patients' condition, changes, medications, vitals, etc. - Provide direct care to residents as needed - Direct unit staff as necessary - Report to direct supervisor (Unit Nurse Manager) all resident and staff issues/concerns as needed **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications and Skills:** - Current and Valid LPN license - Multistate licenses must be accompanied by the 6-Hour Suicide Prevention Certificate - Excellent interpersonal skills - Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities - In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations - First aid and CPR certifications **Benefits:** - Health/Dental/Vision insurance - 401K - Paid Time Off - Tuition assistance and continued education
