Licensed Practical Nurse - Hospice

**City/State** South Boston, VA **Work Shift** Third (Nights) **Overview:** Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a **Licensed Practical Nurse.** **Overview:** The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a home health care setting is responsible for providing direct, one-on-one care to patients in their homes. This role involves monitoring patient health, administering treatments, managing medications, and offering essential support to patients with various medical needs.
