## Overview **Additional compensation for an LPN:** - $2.00 /hr shift premium in addition to base pay if you're hired for 2^nd^ shift - $1.00/hr shift premium in addition to base pay if you're hired for 3^rd^ shift. - $2.00/hr Attendance incentive, if you comply with four rules every pay-period which is every two weeks. If you do not comply with all four rules, you may attempt again the next pay-period. Attendance Incentive is applicable to Hourly employees regardless of which shift hired for. - No shift premium for 1^st^ shift. **Benefits:** 1.
