This role involves administering injections, supporting allergy testing and immunotherapy, and ensuring accurate documentation in the EMR. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and experienced in clinical workflows. West Chester Township, OH **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer allergy injections, immunotherapy, and biologic medications under provider supervision - Perform patient intake, collect vital signs, and assist with clinical assessments and allergy testing (e.g., skin testing, spirometry, Niox) - Accurately document all clinical activities and patient encounters in the EMR system - Monitor patients post-injection for reactions and provide follow-up care as needed - Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication protocols, and safety practices - Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and compliant clinical environment - Support inventory tracking, medication prep, and cold chain management - Collaborate with providers, clinical coordinators, and the biologics team to ensure smooth, patient-centered care **Qualifications, Education, and Experience:** - Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice - Current BLS certification required - 1–2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient, specialty, or primary care setting preferred - Experience administering injections, immunotherapy, or biologic medications strongly preferred - Familiarity with allergy/immunology protocols, spirometry, and patient intake processes a plus - Proficient in documenting in electronic medical record (EMR) systems - Strong communication, multitasking, and patient education skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced…
