# ## Are you an **Indiana Licensed Plumber** looking for a stable, high-impact role with a steady flow of work? At Perma-Seal, we’re looking for a skilled plumber who can diagnose issues, provide solutions, and complete high-quality installations and repairs in residential homes. You’ll work directly with homeowners, delivering solutions that improve the safety, functionality, and health of their homes. ### **What You’ll Do** - Travel to pre-scheduled residential appointments (no cold calling) - Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions - Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential plumbing systems - Ensure all work is completed to code and inspection-ready - Educate homeowners on findings and solutions in a clear, professional manner - Prepare proposals, explain options, and collect approvals/payments as needed - Enter job details and notes into CRM - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience ### **What We’re Looking For** - Active Indiana Plumbing License **(REQUIRED)** - 3+ years of residential plumbing experience - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and build trust - Comfortable working independently in the field - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record **Bonus if you have experience with:** - Waterproofing systems, sump pumps, or drain tile - Construction, foundation repair, or crawl space systems ### **Physical Requirements** - Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. - Comfortable working in tight spaces (crawl spaces, basements) - Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the day ### **About Perma-Seal** For over 45 years, Perma-Seal has been a trusted leader in waterproofing, foundation repair, and home services across the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana areas.
