**Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)** Location: New Albany Skilled Nursing Facility – Optalis Health & Rehabilitation Reports To: Regional Director of Operations (RDO) / Vice President of Operations \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ **Position Summary:** The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) provides leadership, direction, and oversight for the daily operations of a skilled nursing facility. This role ensures the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and financial performance.
