Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client’s treatment goals. At High Focus Centers in Branchburg we are currently seeking a Counselor to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals providing Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment services. If after reading the job posting you feel you are qualified and interested in this role, we invite you to apply for this amazing opportunity! - Address: 3322 US-22 Building 14, Suite 1403, Branchburg, NJ 08876 - Licensure Required: LAC / LPC / LCSW - Salary: $56,000/year-$60,000/year (with free licensure supervision) - Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with 1 shift a week 12pm-8pm. Here at Branchburg Outpatient, our Counselors: - Evaluates behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients and family members and consults with treatment team regularly for the development of and progress towards treatment goals in accordance with clinical policy and accreditation guidelines. - Facilitates all clinical services for clients including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/ outpatient provider contact as applicable. - Responsible for maintaining clinical record for clients with appropriate documentation of clinical services and client program engagement in ECR in accordance with program policy. - Provides documentation and support for utilization review in a timely way and participates in UR process as outlined in program policy. - Participates in aftercare plan development and outcome data process as applicable. - Contributes to program specific curriculum development, literature review, and training in accordance with clinical philosophy. - Conduct Level of Care Assessments as required. - Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with regard to all company information. - Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities. - Other duties as assigned.
