Staff will provide crisis mental health intervention services to clients presenting at the Crisis Center. Staff will provide emergency mental health services, emergency mental health assessments with appropriate referrals. **Minimum Requirements** - A **Master's Degree** from an accredited program **in social work, psychology, counseling**, or related human service field is required - **Licensed in the state of Missouri** – must keep license current to remain in this job assignment - **5-7 years’ experience** working in a social services role - Expert level knowledge of psychiatric terminology and the process of mental illness and community resources - Demonstrated knowledge of the theory and practice of human services at the Master's level - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work with multicultural staff and clientele - Completion of training as directed through orientation and/or by Leadership, Management or Educators in the established timeline for continued employment
