Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist / Psychiatry / Full Time

Provides therapeutic services in an inpatient or outpatient setting for inebriated or substance dependent patients including but not limited to facilitating individual, family and group counseling, crisis intervention, patient education, treatment planning, and assessment. Responsible for contributing to patient treatment plans; cooperating with other disciplines in the development of individual, family and group therapy programs. Requires the ability to assess patient problems, to conceptualize patients in terms of accepted theoretical framework. Requires a knowledge of and commitment to professional ethics. **Education & Credentials:** **Required** - **Bachelor’s degree** in a related human service field accompanied by **Certification or license** from an approved credentialing organization as a provider of services to the target population within 18 months.
