As a **Licensed Child, Youth & Family Therapist / Team Lead**, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact both through direct client care and by mentoring the next generation of behavioral health professionals. This unique role combines clinical practice with leadership, allowing you to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to children, youth, and families while supporting the growth and development of master's-level counseling, social work, and marriage and family therapy interns. Guided by MultiCare's values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration, Kindness, and Joy, you'll foster an environment where clients receive exceptional care and emerging clinicians are empowered to thrive. ## ### In this role, you will: - Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to children, adolescents, and families. - Serve as a clinical leader and mentor for counseling, social work, and marriage and family therapy interns. - Support intern recruitment, onboarding, and successful integration into the clinical team. - Provide weekly individual and group supervision focused on clinical growth, ethical practice, and professional development. - Coach developing clinicians on assessment, treatment planning, documentation, evidence-based interventions, and client engagement. - Monitor clinical quality, caseload management, productivity, and performance to ensure outstanding client outcomes. - Promote adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and best practices. - Partner with program leadership to support operational goals, clinical excellence, and a positive learning environment. - Serve as a trusted clinical resource, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and high-quality behavioral health care. ### ## Why You'll Love This Opportunity This role is ideal for a licensed therapist who is passionate about caring for children and families, enjoys mentoring and developing others, and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping the future behavioral health workforce. Treating a broad array of behavioral health disorders, mental illness and co-occurring illnesses, within this role you will be able to apply evidenced-based and evidence-informed outpatient therapy and clinical service skill sets in your daily work functions. **Responsibilities:** - You will complete psychiatric or psychosocial assessments, including mental status exams - You will develop with the individual in service, an assessment and comprehensive treatment plan that identifies the unique needs of each individual and may provide individual, couples, family, psychoeducation, and group therapy - You will provide psychotherapy, supportive therapy, i.e. problem solving, role-playing, modeling and s…
