Master Technician � Lexus of Westport Lexus of Westport is seeking an experienced Master Technician with Lexus and/or Toyota experience to join our award-winning service team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled technician to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a respected luxury brand, advanced diagnostic equipment, and a strong customer-focused culture. What You'll Do: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, hybrid, and drivability concerns Perform advanced diagnostics using manufacturer-specific tools and procedures Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards Mentor and support apprentice and entry-level technicians Perform thorough multi-point inspections and communicate findings clearly Stay current on Lexus and Toyota technologies, repair procedures, and factory training Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For: Commitment to quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction Previous Lexus and/or Toyota dealership experience required Master Technician certification preferred ASE certifications strongly preferred Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Experience with hybrid and advanced vehicle systems preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Paid training and career advancement opportunities State-of-the-art facility and equipment Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k) #IND3
