Coordinates and tracks the compilation of documents needed for servicing transactions and scans and indexes documents into systems. - Coordinates, reviews and determines documents needed to perfect Compeer’s required lien position on servicing transactions. - Ensures loan transactions are completed within policy and compliance guidelines.
