Duties may include backup responsibilities for case management database. **Minimum Qualifications** - Proficient in MS Word, encompassing the preparation of litigation documents including briefs, memoranda and correspondence. - Workload demands typing skill of at least 65-70 wpm. - Candidate must be detail-oriented and demonstrate the ability to work proficiently in an intense, litigation-deadline environment. - In addition, candidate must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as a team player in covering the work of others when the situation demands. **Additional Considerations** Experience in the following computer based systems is desired but not required: LawBase, Excel, and Netdocs. **Special Instructions** Kindly utilize the Virginia Jobs website (https://www.jobs.virginia.gov) to submit your application.
