About the role We're looking for a Legal Counsel who wants to be a builder, not a gatekeeper. This is not a role where you sit at the end of the process and review contracts. You'll be embedded in the business — working alongside Product, Growth, and Commercial from the start — shaping how Insify launches new products, enters new markets, and scales its legal and compliance infrastructure across Europe. You'll own GDPR, navigate the regulatory complexity of a multi-jurisdiction insurtech, and be the person who turns legal risk into a competitive advantage rather than a reason to slow down. As we expand into new European markets, you'll help lay the legal groundwork that makes each new country faster to enter than the last. The work is varied, the stakes are real, and the impact is immediate.
