This is a highly visible role partnering closely with business stakeholders to provide pragmatic legal advice across complex commercial matters, technology-driven transactions, and key customer engagements. The opportunity would suit an experienced commercial lawyer who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, business-facing environment with significant stakeholder engagement and the opportunity to support innovative solutions at scale. Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted legal adviser to the commercial sales function, providing strategic support across the full lifecycle of complex commercial transactions. Draft, review and negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements, balancing legal risk with business objectives to enable successful deal execution. Triage and resolve a broad range of legal and commercial issues, delivering pragmatic, solutions-oriented advice in a fast-paced environment. Advise on complex technology and IT-related matters, supporting high-value enterprise customers and strategically significant accounts. Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Commercial, Product and Leadership teams, to facilitate commercially sound outcomes while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. Manage a dynamic portfolio of matters, exercising sound commercial judgment and resilience to effectively support a high-performing sales organisation.
