Legal Consultant - Technology Law

Currently, we are seeking Legal Consultant - Technology law to provide support to our global clients in commerce & industries: Responsibilities: Provide legal support on IT/digital and data projects, including IT system/software acquisitions, implementation, cybersecurity and data compliance, and negotiate related technology contracts. Handle data privacy matters under Hong Kong and Mainland China laws Assist with commercial and IP work when necessary, including general commercial contracts, working closely with senior business stakeholders Potentially support on HR / employment related matters when necessary Key Requirements At least 7 years’ PQE, with at least 3 years experience in technology law Comfortable dealing directly with senior management, working autonomously and provide guidance to team members at times Strong fluency in English, Chinese language skills is a bonus Employment law-related experience is a bonus, but not essential Why Join Axiom Compensation, Benefits & Working Location: This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, CPF/MPF contributions and more.
