Legal Consultant - Conveyancing / Real Estate

We are currently on the lookout for Legal Consultants with Conveyancing experience to join our ranks and provide long-term/ongoing support to our client who offers work arrangement flexibility: Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day project conveyancing work, including drafting and reviewing sale and purchase agreements, assignments and related documents Support first-hand sales projects and ensure all sales materials and processes comply with the First-hand Sales Ordinance Prepare and review key project documents such as pre-sale consents, deeds of mutual covenant, leasing and property management agreements Advise on land titles, tenders, joint ventures Key Requirements Minimum of 2 + PQE from in-house or law firms with strong hands-on experience in property / project conveyancing, especially residential developments; Experienced lawyers are welcome. Solid working knowledge of the Hong Kong Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance is required Able to work independently, handle files from start to finish, and communicate well with stakeholders Fluent English and Cantonese Offers work arrangement flexibility Compensation, Benefits & Working Location: This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, CPF/MPF contributions and more.
