Legal Assistant - Floater

GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government-consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening in our Tampa office for a Legal Assistant with 4+ years of experience in litigation, transactions, and commercial real estate. This regular, full-time position provides interim coverage for legal assistants and serves as the daily backup to the receptionist, ensuring continual, reliable support for attorneys and the Firm. The interim coverage assignments may be for one day, several days, or several weeks. This position also assists others on projects as needed. An ideal candidate must have keen attention to detail, including effective proofreading and drafting skills, demonstrated multitasking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with others under deadlines. Effective time management and communication skills, both written and oral, are necessary.
