As a key team member, you will help transform our apartments into welcoming homes by understanding and fulfilling residents' needs, organizing engaging community events, and applying creative problem-solving to address challenges.** **We are looking for candidates with a customer service, sales, or marketing background. Leasing and Entrata software experience is a plus. This full-time position requires availability Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday and evening availability.** **Leasing Specialist** **Location:** Baltimore, MD **Pay:** **$22/hour (based on leasing experience) + commission and bonus opportunities** **Schedule:** Full-time | Monday–Friday (9 AM – 5:00 PM) Saturday (10AM - 4PM) **What You’ll Do** - Greet prospects, give property tours, and explain leasing options - Assist with applications and collect required documentation - Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins; log traffic and prepare reports - Maintain marketing materials and participate in outreach efforts - Coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready for move-in - Support community events and resident retention initiatives - Assist property managers with daily operations and admin tasks - Maintain accurate resident files and insurance documentation **What We’re Looking For** - Positive, professional, and customer-service driven - Strong communication and organizational skills - Able to multitask in a busy office setting - Comfortable using a PC and learning new software (Entrata a plus) - Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Available to work Saturdays and occasional evenings **Qualifications** - High School Diploma or GED required - Previous leasing, hospitality, or high end retail experience preferred - Valid driver's license and Vehicle needed to travel between 3 properties **Benefits** - $22/hour (based on experience) + **commission & bonuses** - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off & holidays - 401(k) with company match - Rent discount for eligible full-time employees - Training and career development opportunities **Apply now to start your career in property management with WPM!** #IND1
