We have over 30 communities throughout Wisconsin, with many more in the works, which means the opportunities are endless and the fun has only just begun. **Here's what you'll do:** - Manage the leasing process from start to finish, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs to close the lease - Demonstrate an all-inclusive understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospective residents - Follow-up on phone and internet inquiries from current and prospective residents - Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and planning of resident events and functions - Prepare lease agreements and maintain records using the most innovative online tools and systems **Schedule:** Saturdays 9am - 4pm; 1-2 weekdays a week with availability until 6pm; approximately 20 hours per week **The FRED Benefit:** Work in a high-energy environment where people care about and support one another.
