What You’ll Be Doing: As a Leasing Professional, you'll do more than lease apartments—you'll help create exceptional experiences for prospective and current residents. From attracting and qualifying prospects to completing lease documentation and coordinating move-ins, you'll play a vital role in the success of our community. You'll serve as a trusted resource for residents and prospects, building meaningful relationships through honest communication, professionalism, and a commitment to doing the right thing. Compensation and Incentives Excellent Base Pay : $19.00 - $23.00/hour 20% Rent Discount Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly) $300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly) Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral) Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life/AD&D Insurance, and Long/Short-Term Disability Retirement Plan: 401(k) with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off: Including 10 Holidays per year and sick leave What We’ll Expect from You: Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
