What You'll Receive Competitive hourly pay + monthly commission opportunities 120 hours PTO (0�4 years) | 160 hours PTO (5+ years) Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Company-paid Life Insurance 401(k) with generous company match Paid holidays Ongoing training and opportunities for advancement What We're Looking For Previous apartment leasing experience is required High school diploma or GED Strong customer service, sales, and closing skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with Entrata is a plus Comfortable using social media for marketing (Facebook, Instagram) Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
