Leasing Manager

Wilcox Communities seeks to hire a full-time Leasing Manager to join our Central Ohio team at our Worthington, OH location. This role could also work at various locations throughout Central Ohio based on portfolio needs. The Leasing Manager will be someone that helps Wilcox Communities achieve leasing goals and customer experience goals in the assigned Communities. As a *Leasing Manager* with Wilcox Communities your role will be a blend of: - Lead Management: You are the first point of contact for our prospective and current residents and responsible for responses and following up with potential residents to provide information about our communities and apartment homes. You will give guided tours of the Community and apartments and deeply knowledgeable about Wilcox Communities and what we have to offer to our residents in our homes and community amenities. You’re committed to success, and you are results driven. - Administrative Responsibilities: You will be assisting with new lease applications and other related processes, as well as coordinating the renewal lease process for current residents. - Customer Experience: You do the little things, as well as the big things, that show people you care. Creating memorable experiences that our customers will tell others about excites you. You understand that loyalty is earned by doing the unexpected and you’re willing to ensure you and your team deliver on our goal of delivering outstanding customer experience no matter what the circumstance.
