Leasing Consultant (part-time)

**Integrity Gold Coast** **(nine buildings, 234 units)** Cleveland OH (Lake Avenue) **PART-TIME YEAR ROUND POSITION** We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to help prospective residents find their next home and support our on-site team. You will have a set schedule which will include Saturdays. Days and hours to be determined with candidate. **This position is not intended for individuals actively working as licensed real estate sales agents or Realtors®. We are seeking a dedicated leasing professional focused exclusively on serving our residents and communities.** **What You’ll Do:** - Greet prospective residents and provide property tours - Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and follow up with leads - Assist in processing applications and lease paperwork - Support the leasing and management team with administrative tasks - Help prepare apartments for move-in and assist with marketing efforts - Deliver excellent customer service to residents and guests **What We’re Looking For:** - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Positive attitude and professional appearance - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays - Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable using computers - Previous customer service or sales experience a plus—but not required - **Must have a reliable vehicle to use during the workday and a valid driver's license** - **Must be able to pass a background check and drug test (we test for marijuana)** **If you are someone looking for a great part-time job, we’d love to meet you!** ***\*\*NO THIRD PARTIES PLEASE\*\****
