If you're passionate about helping people find their perfect home and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this role is for you! * * * ### **What You’ll Be Doing:** - **Leasing & Tours:** Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, showcase apartment features, and match potential residents with the perfect home. - **Sales Process:** Qualify prospects, assist with applications, and process background and credit checks to support timely lease signings and move-ins. - **Move-In Coordination:** Prepare lease agreements and move-in packages, inspect apartments before move-in, and ensure all units are in excellent condition. - **Customer Service:** Respond to resident service requests, answer incoming calls, and provide exceptional support to current and prospective residents. - **Daily Operations:** Maintain an organized leasing office and ensure all community common areas are clean, inviting, and tour-ready. - **System Management:** Use property management software (OneSite or similar) to track leasing traffic, manage availability, and maintain resident data. * * * ### **What You’ll Bring:** - High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Advertising preferred) - At least **1 year of leasing experience** required - Familiarity with property management systems like OneSite, MRI, or similar platforms - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to close leases - Solid understanding of property management principles and customer service - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Bilingual in Spanish & English is a plus! * * * ### **Why You’ll Love Working With Us:** - Medical, dental, and vision insurance with Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) partially paid by employer - ️ Short & long-term disability + life insurance at no cost to you - **18** days **Paid time Off** - **11.5** days **Paid Holidays** - Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) - 401(k) with 4% employer match - Eligible for **quarterly bonuses** - **Leasing commission & renewal bonus** - Employee referral program * * * **If you’re ready to help people find their next home while building a rewarding career in property management, we want to hear from you.
