**About the Role:** As a Leasing Agent at Hatch Management LLC, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process of The Estacado Apartments. Your major end result will be to ensure that all units are leased out in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for potential tenants, and will be responsible for providing them with all necessary information about the property and the leasing process. You will be responsible for ensuring that all lease agreements are properly executed and that all necessary paperwork is completed. Additionally, you will be responsible for renewing our existing tenants when their lease matures.
