Lease Operator (Williamsport area)

## Overview Crosby Energy Services is currently accepting resumes for a Lease Operator who lives in the Williamsport area. The primary purpose is to maintain optimum production from assigned wells, meet company standards for appearance and upkeep of assets. The Lease Operator performs minor repairs, troubleshoot / maintenance, completes required documentation accurately and timely while adhering to company policies and procedures including environment, safety and regulatory. Working knowledge of oil and gas production operations is required. May also be required to work overtime, nights, weekends, and some holidays based on a predetermined work schedule***. Work area includes Clinton and Lycoming Counties and surrounding areas.*** ## Description - Responsible for operating, maintaining, and monitoring separators, dehydration equipment, compressors, meters, pumping equipment, well sites, and control devices to ensure optimum production. Performs daily operational checks of assigned wells and production facilities in order to assure all equipment is operating and functioning properly. - Maintains reports detailing items such as production volumes, fluid production, chemicals used, monitoring well pressures, etc. Makes minor necessary repairs on equipment to ensure minimal downtime while also considering company environment, safety and health objectives. - Performs general site maintenance including site clean-up and minor facility repairs. Will be expected to perform site safety shutdowns as well as report any spills, complete daily Job Safety Analysis, Lock Out Tag Out reports as required. - Provide guidance and instruction to contract crews on well site. ## Requirements - High School Diploma - 2 years oil and gas experience (Lease Operator preferred) - current drivers' license with no restrictions, and a strong work history - Basic computer knowledge, self-starter with ability to work independently, troubleshooting and problem solving, and have a strong mechanical aptitude.
