Learning Coordinator CPMEU 13th MEU

This job performs general administrative and clerical work involving independent judgment as a representative for the Site Director. Provides assistance to students enrolled in CTC courses on CD. Compensation based on number of students and paid by Part Time Employment Agreement and must be active duty deploying with students. **Bachelor’s Degree** from a nationally, regionally or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education required One year administrative experience preferred. - Demonstrated written and oral communication skills. - Ability to interact effectively with students and staff. - Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information. - Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task. - Provide educational information to all enrolled students, to include course completion requirements and withdrawal policies. - Maintain student course packets for students enrolled in CD courses. - Review Exam Packet Inventory Form to ensure that all required materials are included. - Complete all entries on the Course Record (completion date for assignments, projects, and exams) turned in by students. - Properly secure all exams and issue exams to student (in accordance with course directions) when student is ready to take the exam. - Review all materials turned in by students at the conclusion of class to ensure that all required materials are included and submit to Deployment Services Supervisor. - Provide assistance/mentoring to students who are enrolled in CD courses. - Perform other duties as required by the Site Director.
