At QualDerm Partners, we take pride in offering competitive compensation, benefits, and a culture that values collaboration and respect. **Position Summary:** We are seeking a proactive and driven **Learning & Development Specialist** to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs across the organization. This individual will play a key role in enhancing employee performance, onboarding effectiveness, and ongoing professional development. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong instructional design skills, and is comfortable leveraging technology to deliver engaging learning experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance standards. - Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and implement scalable learning solutions. - Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, tracking, reporting, and optimization of user experience. - Create engaging training materials, including presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules, with a strong emphasis on high-quality PowerPoint development. - Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and learner engagement. - Track and analyze training effectiveness using data and feedback, making continuous improvements to content and delivery methods. - Support onboarding initiatives and ongoing development programs to enhance employee retention and performance. - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or instructional design, required. - Strong experience managing and utilizing an LMS is required. - Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to create polished, engaging presentations. - Experience within a healthcare or medical practice setting, particularly supporting Medical Assistants (MA), is strongly preferred. - Familiarity with clinical workflows and training needs in a medical environment is a plus. - Experience with Canvas or similar learning platforms is highly preferred. - Proven ability to take initiative and operate as a “go-getter” in building and improving training programs. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. **Benefits of joining Qualderm Partners:** - **Competitive Pay** – Attractive compensation to reward your hard work - **Comprehensive Health Coverage** – Includes Medical, Dental, and Vision plans to keep you covered - **Generous 401(k) Plan** – Company matches 100% of the first 3%, plus 50% of the next 2%, with immediate vesting - **Paid Time Off (PTO)** – Accrue PTO from day one, plus enjoy 6 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays each year - **Company-Paid Life Insurance** – Peace of mind with basic life coverage, with the option for additional plans - **Disability Protection** – Short-term and long-term disability coverage to protect you in unexpected circumstances - **Additional Wellness Plans** – Accident, critical illness, and identity theft protection plans for extra security - **Employee Assistance Program (EAP)** – Access confidential support for personal or work-related challenges - **Exclusive Employee Discount…
