**Job Summary** The Learning & Development (L&D) Assistant is a key member of the Learning & Development team, responsible for supporting the coordination, administration, communication, and day-to-day operations of the organization's training and employee development programs. This role provides administrative and logistical support to ensure training initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively while promoting a positive learning experience for employees, internal clients, facilitators, and business partners. The L&D Assistant manages training schedules, registrations, learning systems, training room logistics, virtual learning sessions, communications, reporting, and department resources.
