Roles may require surge‑period availability during high‑volume tasking. ## Responsibilities - Deliver one‑on‑one coaching engagements lasting up to six months. - Use Stafford’s coaching dashboard to track sessions, metrics, and assessments. - Provide unlimited asynchronous support through approved communication tools. - Administer coaching agreements outlining confidentiality and expectations. - Conduct intake, goal‑setting, and development planning sessions. - Administer assessments (360, MBTI, DiSC) with COR approval. - Submit monthly coaching status reports and end‑of‑engagement evaluations. - Maintain non‑personal services boundaries at all times. ## Qualifications - Professional coaching certification (ICF, EMCC, or equivalent). - Experience coaching federal leaders (GS‑13 to SES). - Strong documentation, reporting, and virtual delivery skills. - Familiarity with OPM ECQs preferred. - Certifications (preferred): - ACC – Associate Certified Coach - PCC – Professional Certified Coach - MCC – Master Certified Coach - CAM – Certified Associate Mentor - CMM – Certified Master Mentor
