Lead Water Damage Restoration Technician / Crew Chief

**Benefits:** - 401(k) matching - Bonus based on performance - Opportunity for advancement - Paid time off - Training & development The Lead Restoration Technician is responsible for overseeing and managing a crew, controlling job costs, production times, quality assurance and to act as the primary point of contact for our customers, in addition to being responsible for a company vehicle and all equipment for both commercial and residential divisions.
