Role Summary The Lead Technology Specialist provides comprehensive diagnostic, installation, and maintenance support for all district-owned hardware and software used by students and staff. Reporting directly to the Director of Technology Services, this role serves as the primary escalation tier for complex tech tickets, leads school-level implementation projects, and mentors team members to ensure outstanding technical support district-wide. Why You'll Succeed (Qualifications) Educationally Prepared: Associate's degree, technical school diploma, or equivalent verified experience in computing, networking, and technical support. At least 60 college credit hours preferred. Troubleshooting Veteran: Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise computers, operating systems, and peripheral hardware. Advanced Problem Solver: Proven capability to diagnose and resolve escalated software conflicts, device connectivity bugs, and local network issues.
