Your role will include: - Effectively perform Water Mitigation & Cleaning services the company offers - Communicate effectively with customers. - Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance. - Complete Work Order and the Technician’s Daily Log. - Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles and related supplies. - Hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards. - Review the daily requirements of projects, document progress and notify managers of progress and challenges encountered. - Supervise and perform water damage tasks related to: demolition and debris removal, construction of containment, wall cavity drying, carpet seam cutting, and baseboard removal. **Physical Demands** - Lifting in excess of 50 lbs. - Mobility and ability to maneuver in tight spaces **What We’re Looking For** We’re seeking a self-starter with leadership skills and a passion for restoration and cleaning.
