As a key member of a two-person team, you will work closely with a Technician to deliver exceptional roofing services and repairs at customer job sites. If you have a strong background in roofing, an eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards, we want you to be part of our team! ### **Why Join Us?** - **Competitive Pay:** Starting $25- $28hr. and up, based on experience. - **Company Vehicle:** Service Van for business use - **Paid Time Off**: After 90 days - **Technology:** Company phone and laptop for work use. - **Career Growth:** Opportunities for professional development and advancement. - **Commitment to Safety & Quality:** Join a company that prioritizes safety, client satisfaction, and quality service. **What You'll Do**As the Lead Service Technician, you'll be responsible for safely completing commercial roofing service work while leading and mentoring your assigned technician.**Daily Responsibilities** - Lead and coordinate daily work with your assigned Service Technician - Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair commercial roofing systems - Repair leaks, flashing, membranes, penetrations, curbs, walls, and other roof components - Perform tear-offs, insulation installation, membrane welding, flashing installation, and related roofing work - Communicate professionally with customers and provide job updates - Identify additional repair opportunities and prepare work recommendations or proposals - Document completed work with photos and service reports using company mobile applications - Complete timesheets and required service documentation - Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain tools and inventory - Follow OSHA requirements and manufacturer installation specifications on every job **What We're Looking For** - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Minimum 2 years of commercial roofing experience (5+ years preferred) - Experience leading a helper, technician, or small crew - Strong troubleshooting and commercial roof repair skills - Comfortable using smartphones or mobile apps for documentation - Willing to obtain OSHA certifications if needed - Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends when business requires **Join a Team That Values Quality** If you're a detail-oriented, safety-conscious professional with strong leadership skills, we encourage you to apply and join our team of dedicated experts!
