## Overview The Lead Dining Server is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring excellent service, and supporting the server team to provide exceptional dining experience. This role combines leadership and hands-on service, including training new staff, coordinating seating arrangements, and addressing residents’ questions or concerns. The Lead Dining Server works closely with management to maintain high service standards, while also taking ownership of opening and closing duties.
