It's purpose. **Overview** - **Field Inspections**: Conduct daily walkthroughs of hyperscale data center construction sites. Check for hazards like arc flash risks, poor heavy equipment handling, or improper low-voltage electrical setups. - **On-Site Coaching**: Deliver safety orientations, coordinate tool-box talks, and guide personnel directly on safety best practices. - **Incident Documentation**: Draft routine reports, document near-misses, and assist supervisors with root-cause analysis when incidents occur. - **Subcontractor Oversight**: Verify that external workers and trade partners are strictly following OSHA regulations and company safety standards. **Required Experience** - **Field Inspections**: Conduct daily walkthroughs of hyperscale data center construction sites.
