This position serves as a lead resource for retirement operations, providing guidance, training, and support to retirement staff while ensuring accurate and compliant retirement benefit administration. The role manages complex retirement cases, coordinates retirement counseling and education services, performs payroll and contribution audits, oversees retiree subsidy billing processes, and delivers exceptional customer service to employees and retirees. This position plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of retirement programs and supporting retirement readiness across the University community.
