This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing field operations while actively producing work. ***Core Trade Expertise:*** - Advanced **carpentry and structural repairs** - **Drywall systems**, **interior/exterior painting**, **flooring installation** - **Kitchen and bathroom reconstruction** - Working knowledge of **plumbing and electrical systems** - Restoration or insurance-driven construction experience preferred ***Key Responsibilities:*** - Lead and perform demolition, structural repair, and reconstruction - Lead crews and subcontractors to meet safety and quality standards - Coordinate materials, scheduling, and daily job-site operations - Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols - Support emergency response and storm deployment - Collaborate with Project Managers & client to maintain timelines and client satisfaction ***Required Skills & Experience:*** - **5 - 10 years of residential and commercial remodeling experience** - Strong understanding of **project sequencing**, production flow, and multi-site management - Ability to read plans and interpret scopes (Xactimate preferred) - Deep knowledge of building codes and construction best practices - High attention to detail; finish quality must meet professional standards - Restoration experience (water, fire, mold) **strongly preferred** - Strong leadership and job-site organization skills ***Qualifications:*** - High school diploma or GED required (trade certifications or IICRC credentials preferred) - Valid driver’s license with clean driving record - Ability to pass a criminal background check - Fluent in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication) - Reliable transportation and ability to work **40–50+ hours per week** - Physically able to lift 75–100 lbs, climb ladders up to 40’, and work in confined or elevated spaces - Comfortable working in environments impacted by fire, water, mold, or storm damage ***About Us:*** **DRYCOR RESTORE** is a **veteran-owned, full-service restoration firm** delivering professional mitigation and restoration services throughout the Greater Tampa Bay Area.
