This is a hybrid role that should be located somewhere in market (DC, Alexandria, Gaithersburg, Rockville, Baltimore, Arlington, Frederick) Compensation & Benefits $220,000 - $270,000 + inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives Medical, dental, vision, FSA and HSA 401(k) with match Annual CEU budget of $2,500 annually Admin, billing and marketing support PTO + 10 paid holidays Professional liability insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Short & long-term disability Life insurance Office space in one of our DMV locations What You Bring MD with an active, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain licensure) in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain without restriction). 3+ years of experience providing medical direction and supervision, particularly with Medicare patients. Board certified or board eligible in General Psychiatry. Board certification or eligibility in Geriatric Psychiatry or Consult/Liaison Psychiatry is preferred. Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) participation is preferred, but not required. What You’ll Do Provide Structured Care Review (SCR) to primary treating clinician through systematic case review and treatment plan oversight (average of 32 review hours per week and 6 to 10 patient reviews per hour). Focus on Medicare patients in market .
