Locations - Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Gurgaon / Mumbai Notice period –Immediate to 30 days (Official Notice period only) Mandate Skills – PM Skills + Banking experience + Wealth / Advisory Domain Experience / BlackRock platforms Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation and operational programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives Take full ownership of program governance, including SteerCo forums, reporting, risk management, and decision-making frameworks Independently manage and influence senior stakeholders, including business and technology leadership Drive program execution hands-on, working closely with engineering and architecture teams Lead complex transformation initiatives single-handedly, without heavy reliance on layered delivery structures Establish and maintain robust delivery frameworks, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards Provide strong people leadership, mentoring teams and fostering a high-performance delivery culture Key Requirements 12+ years of experience in project or delivery management roles Proven experience managing large-scale digital transformation or operations programs in a hands-on delivery role Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply with technology teams Demonstrated ability to independently handle senior stakeholders with strong influencing and negotiation skills Experience owning governance, SteerCos, and executive reporting end-to-end Strong people leadership and team management experience Track record of single-handedly leading complex initiatives, with full accountability for delivery outcomes Preferred Qualifications Certifications in Agile, Project Management (PMP, Prince2). Next HSBC experience is highly preferred
