### **Lead Program Manager** **Location:** Bethpage, NY (Hybrid – 2-3 Days/Week) *(Local Candidates Only)* ### **Company Overview** Glint Tech Solutions is a **Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE)** and global IT staffing firm connecting exceptional technology professionals with leading enterprise organizations across the United States and Canada. ### **Project Description** Our client, a leading multinational telecommunications technology company, is seeking an experienced **Lead Program Manager** to lead complex, enterprise-scale technology programs supporting business growth, operational excellence, and customer experience initiatives. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional delivery teams, driving Agile execution, overseeing multi-million-dollar technology investments, and ensuring successful program outcomes. **Important:** Candidates **must have proven experience managing technology programs with budgets of at least $5 million.** ### **Key Responsibilities** - Lead large, cross-functional technology programs from planning through delivery and stabilization. - Own a portfolio of multiple initiatives and coordinate software, infrastructure, and operational delivery teams. - Develop integrated technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy. - Manage program prioritization, dependencies, sequencing, and value realization. - Oversee Agile delivery using Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies. - Monitor delivery performance, program health, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies. - Own program financials, including budgets, forecasts, funding, milestones, and ROI. - Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Finance teams to drive strategic decisions. - Prepare executive-level presentations, governance reviews, and roadmap updates. - Mentor Project Managers and promote continuous improvement across delivery practices. ### **Mandatory Skills** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. - 8+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Engineering, or Program Management. - 3+ years leading large-scale enterprise technology programs or value streams. - Proven experience managing **$5M+ technology program budgets**. - Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery frameworks. - Experience managing software delivery and enterprise technology initiatives. - Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning experience. - Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. - Ability to manage risks, dependencies, governance, and cross-functional teams. ### **Nice-to-Have Skills** - Telecommunications, Broadband, Cable, or Mobile industry experience. - Knowledge of DOCSIS, Wi-Fi, PON, LTE/5G technologies. - Experience with Cloud Platforms, APIs, DevOps, and SDN/NFV. - PMP Certification (Highly Preferred). - Master's Degree or MBA. - Experience presenting financial and program performance updates to executive leadership.
