You enjoy working in dynamic environments, solving complex problems, and creating thoughtful, user-centred design solutions that make a real impact. In this role, you will: Own a problem area across connected surfaces, not a queue of screens, from definition to delivery. Research it, design it, write it, test it, measure it, iterate. You drive it without waiting for a spec. Move commercial outcomes on your surface: activation, conversion through regulated intake, retention, adherence. You know which metric you are moving and why. Create designs that build trust and hold up in a regulated market. What good looks like Scope: you own a problem area end to end. Impact: you moved a meaningful metric and can show the before and after. Influence: you raise the bar around you. You give sharp critique. You make junior designers better without being asked to.
