Lead Producer

And this is where you come in… The Lead Producer is responsible for managing the Production department across one or more franchises, serving as the primary people manager and organizational lead for Producers within their scope. They receive assignments in the form of objectives for the Production department and are accountable for the health, performance, and career development of their direct reports. The Lead Producer serves project-focused Producers with support, representation, and a voice with other departments and studios, while partnering with studio leadership to ensure the team has the organizational structure and processes needed to deliver high-quality live service results on time and within budget - consistent with the expectations of senior development management leaders at Kabam and similar live-first live-service studios. This role is a full-time, on-site position based 5 days a week at our Downtown Vancouver studio.
