Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a **Lead Nurse - Juvenile Residential Facility (RN)** at the **Les Peters Youth Academy** in **Tampa, Florida, that is relocating to St. Petersburg, FL** ✨ Les Peters Academy is a moderate-risk residential commitment program for female youth aged 14 to 19. This program provides youth with comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based intensive mental health services. You will also provide education for staff and students on health issues, first aid, infection control, and emergency procedures. **To be considered, you should:** A Bachelor’s degree in a related health care field is preferred, but not required, possess a clear & valid Florida Registered Nurse licensure, and have two years of previous Medical Services Administration. This is a salaried position requiring at least 40 hours per week.
