# Lead Maintenance Technician **Location:** Grand Prairie, TX **Position:** Full-Time ## Job Summary The Lead Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance operations for the apartment community, ensuring the property is safe, clean, and well-maintained. This role supervises the maintenance team, completes repairs, manages apartment make-readies, and delivers excellent customer service. ## Responsibilities - Supervise and train maintenance staff. - Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance repairs. - Complete work orders and oversee apartment turns. - Coordinate vendors and preventive maintenance. - Conduct property inspections and ensure safety compliance. - Participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies. ## Qualifications - **HVAC Certification required (EPA Certification required).** - 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience. - Previous supervisory experience preferred. - Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation. - Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
