Lead Maintenance at Sundance Apartments in San Antonio

Sandalwood Management is seeking a **Maintenance Lead** to supervise the maintenance team and assist with general maintenance and upkeep of **Sundance Apartments in San Antonio, TX.** **WHAT YOU’LL DO:** - Lead maintenance department in order to manage competing priorities and deadlines - Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs and special projects as required - Work with the property manager on budget and projects - Perform various maintenance repairs in electrical, plumbing, pool, masonry, carpentry, painting, building exteriors, and appliances - Prepare vacant units, complete work orders, and maintain grounds - Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance - Other maintenance duties as assigned **WHAT WE NEED:** - 1+ years of multifamily housing maintenance experience and knowledge in repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, building exteriors, appliance repair and installations, etc. - **Valid driver’s license, required** - **EPA Universal license/ HVAC, required** - Certified Pool Operator, a plus - **Ability to work on-call, evenings and rotating weekends, required** - Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test, required - Smart phone **COMPENSATION:** - $30-33/Hr. - Negotiable, depending on experience - Monthly renewal commission and bonus opportunities **BENEFITS:** - Medical, dental and vision benefits packages, company paid life insurance and 401(k) - Paid holidays and vacation time - Rent discount options (eligibility requirements may apply)
