Lead Logistics Associate

As a Lead Logistics Associate here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating logistics activities to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations. You will leverage your expertise in logistics processes and your leadership skills to support the team in optimizing transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Your contribution will be key to maintaining timely deliveries and enhancing overall operational efficiency. You will report directly to our Logistics Manager and you’ll work out of our El Paso, TX location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the effectiveness of our supply chain by ensuring accurate order fulfillment, optimizing logistics workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals and customer expectations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Coordinate daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. - Lead and support the logistics team to optimize processes and improve efficiency in supply chain activities. - Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and streamline logistics workflows.
